Will my fabric order be delivered in one length?
Yes all orders are sent in continuous lengths, if there is a split in the roll or we’re not able to fulfil your requested length, we will get in touch with you. Full rolls may be delivered in splits, if you need specific length please let us know before ordering.
How do I order more than 1 metre?
Simply enter your desired length in the quantity box. For example, enter 5 to receive 5 Meters. All items will be sent as one length.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we offer a free sample service of up to 3 samples, after the third sample it will be 0.65p each. You will see a sample order button on all product pages.
Do you offer discount on high quantity orders?
We have introduced tiered pricing for selected fabrics. You will find the tiered prices on the product detail page under the price per metre. If this is not visible on the item you’re interested in, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review your request.
Can I track the status of my shipment?
You will receive confirmation of despatch via e-mail. In this e-mail, you will find your parcel number/s and shipment tracking links.

My order contains an incorrect item / an item is missing, what should I do?
If your order includes an incorrect item or if an item is missing, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I send goods back and who covers the shipping cost?
If you would like to return your order you’re welcome to do so with 14 days of receiving your order. If there is a fault with the order please contact us and we will review the situation and arrange for the return back to us.
If the goods are no longer of use or they’re not suitable you will need to return at your own costs, we advise to take advantage of our free sample service to check the fabrics before ordering.

Can I change or cancel an order once it’s been placed?
