Durable, very thick cotton - suitable for heavy duty curtainsNot disappointed with this fabric. I have just made 2 sets of curtains for our bedroom, 1 average window and 1 large patio window. I added the blackout lining. The fabric is quite thick and heavy so with the lining it has made a heavy set of curtains, so was hard to manoeuvre, but the end result is beautiful and I am extremely happy and would recommend the fabric.
The only reason why I have not given this a 5 rating is because there was a slight, and I say slight, red ink running down intermittently through the thread but is not noticeable when made up in the gathers.Posted on
