Delivery & Processing
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed (excludes Weekends, UK Bank Holidays and Public Holidays) but could take a little longer during peak times. Shipping rates are calculated by weight - for an exact price, add your order to your basket with your postcode.
With larger order where fabric is rolled, we are charged a higher delivery rate due to the large size of parcels. We are continuously trying to source the most competitive and user friendly courier for our customers, however due to the abnormal parcel sizes, the options are limited. We try our hardest to make our delivery costs as competitive as possible by sending small items or small quantities of folded fabric via DPD on a 1 day delivery service.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability. Our items are hand-cut and made-to-order so please allow time for this, we will do our best to get your item to you as soon as possible without compromising quality. When selecting your delivery service, please ensure you take into account the order processing time - which can be up to 48 hours.
For orders which qualify for free delivery, we reserve the right to select the delivery service. For larger orders we may choose to use a courier service at no additional charge to you, the customer.
